Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before production or shipment begins

  • Once an order has entered production or shipped, cancellation may not be possible

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on manufacturer policies

Returns

  • Returns are subject to individual manufacturer return terms

  • Many wellness products are non-returnable once delivered, due to size, hygiene, or custom handling

  • If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and a brief description

  • We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue
